Stablecoin settlement for businesses

Last updated October 11, 2026

We place businesses that want stablecoin settlement with providers and banks that will review that flow. Under the GENIUS Act, payment stablecoins must come from permitted issuers with 1:1 reserves, effective by January 18, 2027. The asset, the corridor and your licenses go in the file. Approval is never guaranteed.

We place payment processing, business banking and crypto rails for high-growth, complex businesses with institutions that take the industry, then watch the chargeback ratios, reserves and reviews that get accounts closed, with more than one rail so one bank's no doesn't stop the business. Approval is never guaranteed.

Who it's for

  • Businesses paying partners in stablecoins
  • Fintechs and MSBs adding a stablecoin rail
  • Crypto companies that already have, or need, a fiat account
  • Teams comparing a stablecoin rail with a wire

What the bank needs

  • Which asset and which networks
  • Who the counterparties are
  • Where fiat converts, if it does
  • Compliance program and licenses

What does the GENIUS Act change for settlement?

The law, enacted July 18, 2025, allows only permitted issuers to issue payment stablecoins in the US. Issuers must hold 1:1 reserves, publish monthly reserve reports and can't pay interest (GENIUS Act). It takes effect on the earlier of January 18, 2027 or 120 days after final rules. Regulators were still proposing rules as of October 2026 (OCC Bulletin 2026-3). Full guide: GENIUS Act and stablecoins.

Will a bank care which stablecoin you use?

Yes. Expect questions about the issuer, the networks you use, your counterparties, and where fiat converts. Settling for others can also make you a money transmitter (FIN-2019-G001).

How do we help?

We're not a bank, processor, or money transmitter. We structure the deal, build the file, and place it with institutions in our network: decades of relationships with 40+ financial institutions and solution providers. The bank decides, and approval is never guaranteed.
