Your old records can fund what's next.
AI has read the whole internet. It has never seen how a real business runs. Your records show it.
One call from you. We handle the rest.
Not a loan: no interest, no repayment schedule, no equity.
The work stays. The names don't.
Names, emails and account numbers are swapped for codes before anything leaves. You check a sample first.
You pick what goes.
Choose the systems and the years. Nothing else leaves. No passwords shared.
Ordinary is the point.
Years of everyday email, chat and accounting are exactly what buyers want.

Questions
Is this a loan?
No. It's a license: no interest, no repayment schedule, no equity. You're paid a license fee for a copy of records you already have, de-identified before licensing. Like any contract, the license includes promises from you (see "What will we be promising in the license?" below), so read those with your lawyer.
Do we give up any ownership in our company?
No. There's no equity, no board seat and nothing on your cap table. You keep your company and your original records.
Do we keep our data?
Yes. You keep your originals and ownership; the licensee receives a copy, de-identified before licensing, under a written license.
Who qualifies?
Established companies with several years of history on the same core systems and a real team behind the records. We look for 20+ full-time staff and 5+ years operating.
Does every company get an offer?
No. A buyer may pass, ask for more, or offer less than you hoped. Real offers come only after a buyer has seen a sample.
What records are we talking about?
Internal working records: team email, chat, shared documents, ERP and operations records.
What will we be promising in the license?
Expect to promise that you have the right to license the records, that they are what you said they are, that personal information was handled lawfully, and that they aren't subject to a lien. Licenses also cover permitted use, exclusivity, acceptance, payment and what happens if something goes wrong. Ask your lawyer to look closely at warranties, indemnities, refund rights and any liability cap.
What does exclusivity mean?
Many licenses are exclusive, sometimes perpetual and sometimes for a set period such as 12 or 24 months. During that time you can't license the same records to anyone else. Exclusive licenses usually pay more. Push for a defined term and exclusivity limited to the records delivered.
How long does it take?
Usually weeks to a few months, depending on scope, approvals and how quickly exports run. Rights work on your side, like lender consent or reviewing customer contracts, often sets the pace.
Can we walk away?
Yes, at any point before you sign. After signing, your license governs.
